Woman gagged and bounded during robbery.
Innwhat can only be described as the worst moment in a Scottburgh woman’s life, four armed men broke into her home, tied her up, gagged her and covered her face while they proceeded to ransack her house last Friday.
The woman’s peaceful slumber came to an abrupt end when she was awoken by a noise at around 3am.
Not thinking anything of it, she rose and went to watch television.
This was when she was confronted by the intruders.
The four men, two of whom were armed – one with a gun and one with a knife – trussed up and gagged the 56-year-old woman. They also covered her eyes.
